Pricing Policy
Prices indicated on the web page are inclusive of Taxes, but not custom charges that may occur for international deliveries, or transaction fees that you may be charged by your bank for making a payment in a different currency to your holding account. We reserve the right to adjust any prices or shipping amounts at any time without notice. We have done our best to display our items as accurately as possible on the website. Please be aware, variations in style, colour, size, shape and look may occur.
Cancellation
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your bank account has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your account within 7-10 business days. The User agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accepts our decision regarding the cancellation. Mrudgandh reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation, as circumstances warrant. Mrudgandh will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made within reasonable time.

Force Majeure Events
Except to the extent provided in this Agreement, Mrudgandh shall not be liable for any default or delay in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement (i) if and to the extent such default or delay is caused, directly or indirectly, by acts of terrorism, fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature or acts of God, riots, civil disorders, or any other such similar cause beyond our reasonable control, and (ii) provided the customer is without fault in causing such default or delay, and such default or delay could not have been prevented by reasonable precautions and could not reasonably be circumvented by the customer through the use of alternate sources, workaround plans or other means. Any such event or occurrence as described under this section shall be deemed a “Force Majeure Event.”
Arbitration
In case of any dispute between Mrudgandh and you during your use of the Site or thereafter, in connection with the validity, interpretation, implementation or alleged breach of any provision of this Agreement, and the Privacy Policy or the documents they incorporate by reference, the dispute may be referred to a sole Arbitrator who shall be an independent and neutral third party identified by Mrudgandh. The place of arbitration shall be Pune. The Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, shall govern the arbitration proceedings. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language. The decision of the sole arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties to the dispute.
Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
By accessing this Website, you agree that the laws of India govern these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra alone shall have jurisdiction over any dispute that may arise between Mrudgandh and you.
